The secret to shipping almost anything is packing it properly, knowing that the shipping company will drop-kick it multiple times along the way. I have this amazing glass bottle I shipped home from Venice 12 years ago - surface. It was packed in a crate surrounded by a LOT of wood shavings. Absolutely perfect.

I've shipped hundreds of packages when I ran a business a while back, plus I shipped most of my belongings here already with no damages. But I'm especially particular with my guitars and they don't do well in really cold or really hot situations and getting banged around even if packed well isn't good. But I'll find a way. =)
I also collect glass bottles and you just reminded me I also need to ship those here haha PERFECT! lol
I just may do that! Because I have 3 electrics and 3 acoustics that I need to get here safely. I'd rather not have to bring them with me one at a time on a plane because that is seriously a pain.
For those who have received COPR, was there an update on ecas stating the COPR was mailed out? My wife moved in October and after numerous emails and faxes they finally changed her address yesterday. PPR was requested February 06, 2013. Just hoping it was mailed out after the update.
I just received an email from my attorney. CIC is now requesting the Right of Permanent Residency Fee. He said that this means that it looks as though we are nearing the end of the application. Anyone else have experience here? ECAS still says "Application Received".
