I can log in just fine both ways, but ecas is still useless so I never do it anyway. lol I just sit and wait patiently, checking that thing won't make things go any faster.
Hi everyone and congrats to those who received good news. I still have not heard anything yet . I hope there is nothing wrong with our application...... Question: I am sponsoring my common-law husband from the US. I just received my divorce certificate from my ex husband. Is that important? Should I send this to CPP-O? Or does that not matter since I am the sponsor and not the applicant? Any advice would be appreciated. thank you.
My application, along with my medicals was sent on August 20th, 2012... My husband was approved to sponsor me on September 25th, 2012. And I have not heard anything since.
My attorney has me convinced that I'll be waiting until September or October!

I'm thinking that they are working today as they are federal government. I work for the Federal Government and we have to work today. I believe that today is a provincial holiday..... what does everybody else thing?

The 12+ months that has been posted on CIC website is how long it is taking to process 80% of applications, so that means there's a good chance yours will be sooner. I think attorney's always quote the maximum so their clients are happy with them if it happens sooner and are not bugging them if does take until the posted dates.
