Hi all,

I'm getting married next month , my girlfriend has received AOR. Both of our family has agreed but the problem is, my girlfriend's elder sister needs to get married first so their family is just agreeing fr a court marriage for us. My girl friend's mom dad n her sister will be present for the marriage along with my family.... no friends n cousins...I have call history , bank statement n photos. Will there any problem with our application if friends n cousins doesn't attend our wedding?...plz help ty

Won't the court marriage get you a marriage license? If so that's all you need.
 
But I heard delhi visa office is bit strict when it comes to court marriage
I'm not familiar with Indian law regarding marriage certificates. But as long as it is a legal document, I don't see why you would have an issue. Besides, your application will be reviewed by IRCC. New Delhi visa office will be involved at the end of the process when it's time for PPR if I am not mistaking...
