When checking the country specific requirements, if there is a form posted but does not apply to your case, should you just ignore it, or explain why you do not need to fill it out?
For example, there is a form for the details of military service if served between 1991-1995 or in 1999. My spouse was born in 1991, and has never served in the military.
What should I do in regards to this? Ignore it or explain that it does not apply to us?

Ok I am inland spousal sponsorship our journey started december 15 2015 and March 16 2017 I was approved as sponsor my hUSBand needs proof of realtionship that is it he passed criminal and background for them to continue on permanent residence
