So my military service in Egypt is postponed by 5 years, then it's getting postponed by another 3 years. thats a total of 8 years. My wife is currently Spouse Sponsoring me to live with her in Canada. Will that be a problem ? what should i state in the military paper form " imm5546e " , there is no option to write postponement. what should i do i'm really confused. or should i just ignore that paper completely since i never served in the military in the first place ?
I don't understand the question perhaps. But if you have not served, you have not served.
If you are concerned that IRCC will not understand why you have not served because there is obligatory service, write a short explanatory note about your deferments. You could provide docs if you think it's necessary, although it probably isn't needed.
But basic fact - the Canadian Govt is not in business to enforce the conscription laws of other countries.
(note that in future the cdn Govt also can't protect you from any issues that may arise if you haven't fulfilled your obligations)
@armoured My Question is should i give them a short explanatory note about my military service situation, or should i just completely ignore that area. I dont know if that is necessary or not, Because if there is a problem with the paper work they will return it to us and will waste a lot of our time

It's up to you. My own view is a short note explaining you got deferrals for such and such a reason and that's why you have no military service (and are not submitting that form) can't hurt and asnwers any question a reviewing officer might have. But it may not be necessary at all.
