When submitting a webform, say the application is being processed outside Canada.. it's the second question. Then choose your nearest office. It seems convenient that way, as it's a valid assumption.
Hahah, thanks for resolving my puzzle for so long. I am always confused about why Canada has a CIO in Australia. Then it is funnier that somehow due to this mistake, I got the response from the RROC office.
My Secondary VO is actually Sydney Australia (my country of residence) but my file is stills tuck at RROC since 29 May after all stages completed. I dont know if I should raise webform for sydney Australia or not. Would that be useful?

I think if you raise such webform, you will at least receive some response from RROC. Though, it would be just saying you are in the queue for review. I think they are obliged to reply if that is forwarded by other offices.
By the way this doesn't mean anything, confirmed it from somewhere. This happens everytime they refresh my information from their system onto my tracker, which may happen after a major upgrade to the system/portal/tracker tool.
Oh great really? I saw my tracker was updated 5th July even when I didn't call and was going to ask around about it thinking it was like a ghost update but on tracker instead of Gckey.
So since there was maintenance carried out on 5th July, did everyone else also get the same update on Tracker?

I landed in Canada in August 2022 as a PR resident and got my first PR card in the same month. After the soft landing for 15 days, I returned to my home country. I want to know what are the requirements to maintain the PR status? Do I have to live in Canada for certain period of time? Thanks

That's good to hear that you were able to confirm that the update doesn't mean anything. It's likely that the IRCC updated their system on July 5th, and that this update triggered the change in your tracker.
It's difficult to say for sure whether everyone else also got the same update on Tracker. However, it's possible that they did, as the IRCC typically updates their system at the same time for everyone.

Got PPR/RFV today, not sure which one it is, but says that they need my passport and pictures to complete the application. Hope everyone else whose file is at CPC-O or RROC starts getting the emails too. Cheers!

Did you get any update on your gckey?

The letter came in Gckey, so got an email saying "we have sent you a message". The eligibility/background check only change to complete in gckey once the passport is stamped, from what I've heard. Until then the application technically still under process.

Congratulations man, well deserved! I guess this potentially confirms that sending portal emails does seem to initiate something on their end even for outland applicants. Unless you think something else triggered it?
But of course only works when you have COPR details on tracker, which us sad RROC folk don't have yet unfortunately. But still think some on here could benefit from it.

I think sending webform to local office could have had something to do with it, matches the time zone as well. More RFVs is a good sign for RROC folks as well, I feel. Especially since it seems like they have sorted out the occupation based draws.
