What mail should be sent?

I replied back to them on the “Do you still want to immigrate” email I received in April, requesting them to issue me a re-medical letter so as to proceed with the COPR renewal process.

My VO is NDVO and they have requested some documents. The webform is not working since the last two days. Can I reply directly to the email the VO has sent?

Yes. You could try to go back a few pages and see posts by members made in the last 2-3 weeks where in their signature they’ve mentioned their timelines (similar to this post) on when they got their medical cleared and when they got the PPRs.

Technically the Copr was not issued to me so im not even post march. They have asked for medical receipts.
