Thank you for your answers! This means she doesnt have to be in her original country after submit the SuperVisa application there, hence she can be in Canada to wait for the SuperVisa(if its approved), correct?

I suggest she gives her medicals before she comes to Canada i.e. either upfront medicals or waits for the medical request when she is in her home country
We have a client whose mom is already here in Canada on a TRV. They want to extend her stay and apply for the supervisa. I do know that it is possible. I, however, wanted to know how would I go on about applying for a supervisa.
She is here from India. Does she need to redo her medical examination. I am of an understanding that for a supervisa, you need to have a medical examination done and have the medical examination form submitted alongside the supervisa application to the local Canadian Embassy ?? Since she is here in Canada already, how would I go on about this ??
