Conditional offer revoked?!

Is it possible if my conditional offer revokes?
My IELTS score is 6.5 and I got conditional offer for fall 2016 academic year.
I need 7.0 so I retook the test and now still waiting for the result.
I am so worry that I cant get 7.0

I don't think so. You might have to attend some English classes in university/college.

I have to take english classes before my course starts.
However, since my student visa hasnt finished yet,
I don't have time to take the pre sessional class which is started in July.
I called the university and I asked them what will happen if i cant pass the english requirement.
they dont give me clear answer and ask me to keep retaking the test.
