Indian: Medical on conditional offer letter

Hello,

I have a conditional offer letter (confirmation of degree) for fall 2016 intake, However i will get my provisional degree in around july end. So I am thinking I should complete other formalities like Medical etc now. so that my application will be ready to submit when i receive my degree confirmation and final transcript.

But for medical test, I need to provide offer letter as one of the document. Which is Conditional offer... Will they allow me to appear for medical test with conditional letter?.

Yes. With conditional offer letter you can also apply for the study permit.
