Complete IMM 0008 and IMM 5669

Hi I am sponsoring my parends and my Brother , in the time when I send the application, he was under 22 years Old, Now that I have to fill The form IMM0008, I ask what is my brother's Intended Occupation , He finished his University for Law..What do I put as his Intended Occupation? Can I say Continuing Law school?

Also My brother wehn I aplyed in 2010 was under 22, In the application,under is Dependant Typer do I select Type A or B
