I and my spouse are filing an outland spousal sponsorship for me. I am an asylum applicant in US but also work on STEM OPT so I have a valid visa. I have multiple following questions that I would appreciate if you could answer them:
1. I am not a US citizen and do have my country's passport, US driver's license, and US work permit card. What do you suggest I should upload for the National Identity Document on IMM 0008?
2. I work as an engineer in the US but I know an engineering position is a protected one in Canada. I intend to join my spouse in Ontario. What should I put for Intended Occupation on IMM 0008?
