I have few questions about how to fill out the application,
IMM 0008 Generic
Question 13 Your current occupation
I'm currently holding a study permit which will be expired in September 2010 but I just quit the school as the program doesn't meet my expectation and I am still looking for new school. How to put my current occupation? Can I put student even I am not in school for now?
IMM 0008 Schedule 1
Question 6 Your status in that country
I put "Canada" in question 5 for the current country of residence. As my situation above, can I put that my status in Canada is a student as I'm holding a study permit now? Will it be a problem as now I have already quit the school?

You cannot lie anything here. They will find the truth during background check. So in the columns of Q 13. Write the occupation 'student' School name where you studied. Then write below additial sheet attached.
In that additional sheet you explain what you are doing now.
Question 6 Your status in that country
I put "Canada" in question 5 for the current country of residence. As my situation above, can I put that my status in Canada is a student as I'm holding a study permit now? Will it be a problem as now I have already quit the school? You came to Canada on a student visa. So until the period of your visa validity you can say you are on "study permit".

I didn't want to lie that's why I wonder what is my current occupation if I'm not in school anymore. Currently I just stay home preparing PR stuff and being a housewife. taking care of my house and my husband
