IMM 0008 sponsoring parents question

I just have a quick question for application for my parents.

They filling out IMM 0008 Generic Application Form - and we not sure what to put in Question 3 and 4?

Question 3: Do we just put 2 (for my mom and dad?) or 3 including me as a principal applicant?

Question 4: Immigration office requested for proccessing this application - do we put the country where they are now? or do we put the office CPC-missisauga?

You are the sponsor, not the principal applicant. Once of your parents is the principal applicant and the other parent is their dependent. You put 2 for that question.

The immigration office is the country where they are.
