In the notes section my 2012 NOA have been added to my file, which is a good thing.

BTW I am a March 2013 in process applicant. Throughout my GCMS notes I see two numbers and not sure if they are VO:

If you look towards the end of the notes do you see a note saying your file has been sent to CPPO and that the ref. letter on file needs to be verified by CPPO for a decision ?

Same here. But I'm going to wait until later today or until Monday. There was a holiday on Monday, so I'm not sure if that's counted or not.
Last time I ordered it was delayed by a day.
If I don't get it on Monday I'll email them.
