got my XEP on 24th April ... I wonder if it really takes 24 month for Vienna to process PNP application

Not really, These days processing PNP files will take less that 12 months in all visa offices. You will get your visa maximum until MAY 2016! Then get ready for your immigration my friend

When you are in Canada, your file will be processed in Sydney Nova Scotia and you don't need to be worry about Vienna visa office

Guys, I finally got my PCC today and have started (practised a lot of times) filling the CIC forms for the last time
Please share with me your experience when filling up the CIC forms, documents to be submitted and paying the fees online. I just want to my package to be perfect and avoid small small mistakes if any.

DON'T FORGET TO SIGN EVERYTHING WITH A PEN!

**ELECTRONIC SIGNING WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPLICATION BEING RETURNED**

This seems to be easily the biggest mistake people make. Check every page carefully, sign with a pen, and make sure you don't miss signing anything (some pages have multiple parts that need signing).

I couldn't find any forms multiple part need signing. Am I missing something ?

Ah yes, sorry, you're right. What I was thinking of was IMM0008 Generic Application Form Canada - you need to make sure to write your name at the top where it says "I (first name, last name) ____________ on behalf of myself and all dependants included...", as well as signing and dating at the bottom. If you miss any of those parts the application will be returned. I read a post on here (can't find it anymore though) where someone signed but did not fill out their name, and it was considered incomplete.

It is a little strange that in your case, you received your EP AOR before XEP AOR! Because they send XEP first and then send EP. Anyway, after receiving your EP AOR with your UCI, you should be able to check your online status and when after 25 days you are still unable to check that online, I suggest you to contact CIO to see what is the reason.

Today I sent my application package to CIC by UPS, will be reaching on Monday or max by Tuesday next week.
Hope to hear from CIC in July or August

After comparing other applicant's timeline, these days, after receiving packages by CIO, it will take about 60 - 70 days to send out XEP AOR and after that it will take another 30 - 45 days to send out EP AOR!
