Thank you my friend. Yes, This topic will be a good source for further PNP applicants if all PNP applicants participate and share their knowledge here.
I actually have no idea! The medical came from Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca (that doesn't give away the location). I can only assume that my file is still being processed at the CIO in NS. I would actually love to find out somehow, since I want to pay my RPRF upfront but don't know where to send the receipt...

They didn't explicitly mention the visa office, but since I've had no communication from any other office I guess you're probably right that it's staying in Sydney.
I'm very careful not to assume anything with CIC!!!
No, I think in CIO level there isn't any difference between inland and outside Canada applications but after transferring files to Local visa offices, for sure inland applications will be processed faster.
Is your time written in ADT (Atlantic Daylight Time - UTC-4:00)? If yes then it means, you received your XEP on 06:33AM ADT and It is a little strange time because all offices are closed at 6:33AM. But if your times are in your local time format then you can convert them to ADT to get a better comparison results.
hello... i hope this will help... last month i phoned cic to ask questions about me getting an BOWP... then they gave me my file no. with the XEP... i was so confused coz i know that aor.. or file no. should have only EP...coz thats what my friends are getting...then i phoned again to ask about that.. they told me that YES.. thats my file no.. it has X in front coz its still under inventory or cic files... but when they about to send an email..they will remove the X...and it means that ur application is on the system already...or is able to track in the ECAS...thats what they told me. i got AOR last monday (nov 12 applicant) but just EP in my aor.
and YES it will take 4-5 days to be able to access ECAs. mine just get through today. they usually update ECAs every tuesday.
