Correct. Purolator is a courier service, so yes, you used the correct address.

yes - it's Boxing Day which is a public holiday like Christmas Day.
Some people will be working tomorrow but I very much doubt it'll be a full staff.

Doesn't really matter who signs for the package, as long as someone does. But a few people have mentioned the name Conn before.
