Child sponsoring parent after unsuccessful H and C

Can a child sponsor their parent if the parent previously applied for PR from inside Canada on an H and C application and was unsuccessful? Are they then barred from being sponsored in the future?

How old is the child? If they were deported they would need to apply for an ARC.

An H&C refusal does not bar a person from being sponsored.

Because some people that post on here are actually consultants and or agents and charge their clients for information they get on here
So in layman’s terms if that’s what you require , they are getting paid for information they are getting for free . So yah , it’s relevant
