Thanks for your advice.
I've already sent the mail twice. Do you think I
could send the request again? If so, which one will
be more appropriate, reply the mail or CSI?
Do not write re- at the start of the e-mail, then in this way you will receive an acknowledgement of your e-mail as you usually receive after sending CSI
regards,
Send mail to london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

I had sent the passports of self and family on the 28th of July and as per the courier status tracker the passports were received on the 30th of July by your visa office.
Kindly let me know the tracking number and the courier company through which my passports have been sent to me.
Sincerely,

Good to know that you will be receiving back passports with visas in few days.
Would it be possible for you to explain how such inquiry is sent so that i can also receive the trscking number.
Just one more question if you could advise me on that. My case is being handled by the lawyer/attorney and all correspondence so far has been done by them ( I have never sent any message to them). Do you think they will respond to me or only if inquiry is sent by my attorney ?.
The LVO will reply to your query even though you have applied through a thirdparty. I am speaking from experience.
Regards,
Smikri

Is your email in LVOs records? If not then please ask your lawyer to correspond with them.
Cheers !!!

According to CHC London it's 4 to 5 weeks but I notice it's minus/plus one week. In my case passports were received by CHC London on 29th July and I received back today i.e within 23 days time.
I would suggest to all the forum members who have sent their passports to CHC not to panic or stress themselves and rather enjoy this waiting time as i have not come accross any case which is rejected at this stage. Their might be some delays but you will get your passport back with visas.
Cheers and pray to God for a successful and peaceful life in Canada.

I didnt get PPR request despite i completed medical from one year now exactly.
My background checks are outstanding even they started security screening from january 2013
Really i was disappointed...
Well the thing is i got ppr1 request on 24 july 13, and ppr2 on 15 aug 13 and dispatched the pp on same day. the status changed within 2 days from in-process to decision made. how quick that could be ? and i haven't got my pp back. but as per the timeline below mentioned this means that the day status changed very next couple of days pp is send back. so why isn't happening in my case?
best,
Savior
