Hi Nectar,

I'm a sep 2009 applicant. My applications got transferred to chc london from chc islamabad on 30 june 2010 and got update request on 7 oct 2010. According to ur info, chc london will take 20 months to process the applications. It has been over 18 months since I submitted my original docs to chc islamabad. Do u have any idea how much more time will it take?

CHC London has a special team to process Islamabad applications. There will be a concurrent processing of Islamabad applications at CHC London. The work pattern for Islamabad applications is yet to be practiced and it may be during 2nd quarter of 2011.

Thanks Nectar. But, many CHC Isla 2009 FSW applicants who got their files transferred to CHC London had their status changed to In Process during Jan and Feb(2011). So, when will these apllicants get med requests (FSW 2009 APPLICANTS) and what about their PPRs? Will Chc London finalize the 2009 cases this year? Please, clarify.

Dear all,

CHC London will be extremely busy from April 2011 until November 2011.

The FSW overseas visas for 2011 has been reduced significantly (CHC London can issue about 3500 PR visas/quarter) therefore in 2011, CHC London intends to finalise SAP PR applications submitted until October 2007 along with fast track applications who got document update request in Jan/Feb 2010. This means SAP applications will be finalised in about 48 months while fast track PR applications in about 20 months at CHC London.

Thanks for the headsup. Could you please specify when could possibly the start of counting of 20 months for the fast tract PR application? Is it from initial application to CIO (1st AOR) or from the 2nd AOR date?

Please be advised that CHC London has about 2000 PR visas in 2011 for Islamabad applications. The Islamabad special processing team will process Islamabad applications in a strict chronological order.

Thanks a lot Nectar. What about the applicants who submitted their documents to CHC Islamabad and then transferred to London. So, for us the processing time starts from the date CHC Isl received our supporting docs, is it so?
