From the look of things the applicants who applied from June 26 are the lucky ones. Most of them are getting medicals already a good sign that they will get visas soon.
I applied in 2009 and i am still waiting for medicals.
One applicant from India got medicals, right of residence fees and ppr in one mail. Isn't he lucky?

I agree with you. you are right. It is a lottery game, that is the way i feel. I just hate the Canadian immigration, because the keep telling lies of the time they will take to complete the process as if they are talking to fools. We are the people involved and know how long we take to get the visas.

If you heard my story about this rules you can understand how I feel!
We have applied via PnP Prince Edward Island Program on 2008! We paid $130,000 for that, our file number from VO is on Oct 8 and from that we are "In Process"! (We strarted processing your application on 8 Oct 2008) but there were some problem that I explained in:
