Anyone any idea, if expired passports also need to be sent in response to the PPR or only the valid one??

I would send the valid one and the copy of the expired one...Someone else might have a better idea though.

Just the valid one if they didnt ask for the expired one then no need to send it

Last two times it happened, my wife received rePCC request and the remedical requests after. This time it has been gone for about 3.5 weeks and nothing yet! We are waiting for her PPR. I don't know if this is just a coincidence or it has something to do with the file...Its always a confusion.

Address re-appeared again.

They were updating the system may be.

*my address on e-cas appeared once again today, after a month.
::)

Dear All, is any one asked to provide a Police Certificate from a country where you stayed less than six month on a visit.

I guess no one is answering the question so no one has:S Have you been asked for it? It says on the application kit to send PCC for only countries your have lived or visited for 6 months or more.

i think,if u have to inform for less than 6 months then the answer is NO.
just send em without it and lets see if they ask it..gud luk :)

CHC-ISL is asking for it from my spouse and I am wondering why ?

Congrats to all those who received their PPR's and Visas back :)

I was thinking after reading some of the posts on this forum regarding the background checks.
My husband (the applicant) works for NATO/ISAF as a translator for the German Army. Do you think his background/security checks would take longer? To work for this company, you need the highest security clearances though. hmm...
He also lived in pakistan for 10 years - does that mean he will be asked to obtain a PCC from there too? He was born and is currently living back in Afghanistan and sent his current PCC from afghanistan.
Oh boy, I think this is going to be a long case :(

I applied around End of July, got AOR on Oct 2010 , my wife's address re-appeared today after gone away for at least 1 month .

I am planning to email chc-isl -

I emailed last time in March and they said.. its been in queue for initial review.

So now 4 months passed ... lets see what their reply will be. I will keep everyone posted here.

Thanks
