Salam brother, I fly a lot so go to www.edream.com and or just on google and insert flights from Islamabad to Toronto and I seen one price it was 599 British pounds converted to Canadian dollars it was $700.00 it was a few flight changes but if your tight for money ahd can stand a few flight changes it worth it. It may take longer but its cheaper. I hope you can find a cheap flight In Sha Allah.May Allah bless you In Sha Allah

I have checked some websites and find American Airline's fares are lowest American Airline fly Islamabad-Abu Dabi , Abu Dabi-New York & then New York to Toronto and fare is 650$ and its cheapest. The problem is this if i travel through American Airlines i must have transits visa of US. so i cannot travel this.
Now i Planning to travel PIA.

You should call TCS , give them your tracking number .I think you didnt give them complete destination adress.
Revise your information with them.

if we book flight frm ethihad or emirates im concern regarding connecting routes do they allow us to travel via connecting routes flights like....khi to abu dhabhi to london to calgary or khi to dxb to germany to calgary ??as new immigrants or not ? or should we take jus khi to tronto to calgary via pia :
any senior members can highligten this issue
