and guess what? my wife was seeking help from one of these org and they told her that you should be happy the they have sent you PPR and stop contacting them alot otherwise they will be mad and reject your case......and i was like......what the heck is that.....and i told my wife...come over here then it is not very big deal...i have spent 20 years of my life here and i can do the rest too...

Sometimes it bothers me that the ones in Canada have no idea how it feel when spouses are apart for this length of time. Its fustrating to think that if we bother them they will not work on our file like how can they do this?? But do it they do like with not a second thought.

Like now its going on 30 months since we applied and at that time it said it would take up to 18mths to process a case. So what is there reason no body knows. Its like a guessing game?? Its dam fustrating to see they ask for your passport and hold onto it for months like this.

Something anything must be done for this ....... I pray In Sha Allah

Lady asked him if he had completed his medical, which he already did almost 4 months so he told her the date on which she said ok she will inquire New Delhi office to send his medical result.
She also asked where he went for the medical. He asked her how long it will take on which she said they will ask for the results today and will return the passport soon.

they can recive everyone elses medical results but they cant recieve our remeds complete bullshit first they shud finish all 2010 cases and then proceed wid other cases

urgent request mean that on my PPR Urgent was stated by hand with red pen.

they also request me send flight information.
my medical expiring soon thats why they did that ..........

File Transferred: January 2011
CHC Islamabad started processing application: Feb 2012
current status: in process

CHC did send us a letter in march 2012 asking for updated PCC and asked for some new forms to fill in, which we did n sent back within the given timeframe. In May 2012 somebody telephoned my husband from CHC Islamabad and asked for updated medical, to which my husband responded that he did not get any letter pertaining to medical. He told my husband that he will send the medical papers / letter to my husband directly, instead of sending them to our lawyer in Canada. It has been 9 months to that call and we did not recieve anything in mail. I emailed them about a month ago and no reply in email. So worried! anybody had a similar situation?

I've been doing a lot of research lately I might open up my own consultancy firm in future
But wait I dont wanna see other people suffering same way like us

They have special dushmani with us Interview applicants so the call which ZiaulHaq received may help in our cases also.
They may also inquire about or medical results.
