These people are there for the common citizen. Why I never thought of this before I have no idea but I think they may help in our cases. This site is a forum so perhaps it may help us all about Immigration in Islamabad... In Sha Allah

I have a good news.

Allhamdulilah i got my passport back : )


i was sanded my passport at 20th feb on urgent requirment be CHC.
thank god they return me my passport i was very scared.....

I was just saying todays TCS tracking numbers do not have my husbands passport

And was wishing ALLAH SWT would grant our prayers to come true so that my husband and I can reunite.

It has been over 3 long years that we have been apart, we want to start a family before its too late

I know it is hard but i am sure it wont be late at all and never...we have an expression in Persian that "Whenever you take the fish from the sea it is fresh"...i dont know if it makes sense for you but the idea is that relationships are so strong and even being apart ur together....

Trust me my wife have contacted several people and organizations including human rights in Canada
They tried their best but every time we heard same response that file is in Queue…………..

and guess what? my wife was seeking help from one of these org and they told her that you should be happy the they have sent you PPR and stop contacting them alot otherwise they will be mad and reject your case......and i was like......what the heck is that.....and i told my wife...come over here then it is not very big deal...i have spent 20 years of my life here and i can do the rest too...

What I have learned so far that Canadian immigration system is ruthless, Immigration authorities does not listen to anyone either. I have left everything on Allah when it’s our time we will get the visa.

Just to give everyone an update on my hubby's process:

On Friday, Feb 22nd my hubby completed his Medical and Mailed out his Passport to CHC.

Today E-Cas is updated saying that Meds have been received AND they updated his address that which he entered on his PPR Form.

Does this mean he will get his Passport back soon???

I'm so excited because i just found out i'm expecting so the sooner he's here the better it is!

Jaania sis! for my case its been only 18 months and I am already losing my patience. You have all proved how strong you are and you are almost there...

I had an appointment with my MP today it was such a waste again. He is like just go have fun spend some happy time with ppl around you cause when your husband comes from back he wouldn't want u to have fun. He will make u stay home cook for him and take care of him. I said you know what I guess it's an insult for me when you say that because I would love to take care of my husband cook for him and stay home while he is hard working and has respect and love for his wife that doesn't ask me to go and work. I said that's how a man should be. He kinda got mad cause I was rude but he doesnt have the right to insult my culture and my ppl. I didn't have the guts to fight with him cause I am scared he might do something to my case. Once my hubby comes I'll complain abt him

and see i was right they have not received our medical result.
