#3 can take time, don't know how long, its by CSIS.
The first 2 are pretty quick and done electronically.

Salam all, My husband wants to stop the processing of our case and have me move to Pakistan, I just wish this process was done In Sha Allah.... 43 months its way too long

I also said if you know as we know about this lawyer in Peshawar Pakistan and him signing Nikah papers, Why have you not reported him to the Pakistan Bar Society as he would be reported in Canada. We just found out lately he continues to sign them as a friend went to him and he signed them and told him he would register them, this was a plan to see what he would do. To our amazement he signed and later the man went back and said he was a liar and a thief and tore the papers in his face. May Allah punish this man for what he does to people

i had the same letter last year in feb n i got my visa in march i m in canada right now its been 1 year since m here.......i would like to share my interview tips with u ..my husband was in canada n i was in pak,,he came here for my interview which really supports thy interview us indivisually ...it took almost 1 hour...thy ask me where my husband live in ca so i told them house no street n state ...n than thy ask me his 5 close frends name in canada..& thy ask me who sponsar my husband in ca who he live with..is house rented or own..n thy ask me abt his education n thn thy ask me wats my plan do i want to stuudy...n thy ask me how we met .. who propose..thy ask almost same to match with my husband n Alhumdullah we got medical letter right away thy tried to tell us our case iz abnormal but we were v confident that we r right n we love each other...good luck

SubhanAllah you have been waiting longer than me. I didn't know how good the forums were until recently so I finally registered today. I was born and raised in Canada and I am a 3rd generation Canadian. I got married on February 2010 and I applied for my wife to come to Canada on December 2010. It took me 10 months to get all my paperwork together so I could finally apply for my wife to come to Canada. I never ever thought it would take this long. Patience is the key to success. I am optimistic and inshAllah I pray that everyone is united with their families as soon as possible.
