Its All web based system now and chc can access it anytime after 5 days . I got mine done in Glasgow and the doctor knew nothing about it and i had to help her put the details in. CHC have access to same system from where they get medical results.

My family class immigration has just been approved. I got back my Passport with visa stamped along with Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CPR). Now I am planning to fly in June 2013. [size=10pt] I would like to ask that what additional document should I required to take the flight? [/size]
