When you asked about going back to visit your hubby. I thought you were actually planing to live with him and that's why you are so concerned. In fact it's very good for your sponsorship to visit your spouse. Especially that your going for two months, It's all good!!! ever since I started my husband's application I have visited him twice
I am confused. You have a PR.. you are a Permanent Resident of Canada. As long as you don't leave Canada for more than 3 years, your fine.
Why would Canadian Govt. care if you visit your spouse (the applicant) 2 months < 3 years. As Canadian_Immigrant said, its a positive if CIC inquires on relationshop or you choose to update them at the end of the visit (if nikkah only case update them).
CIC only cares (i think) if the applicant leaves Pakistan to visit another country because it would have travel stamps. Which is not the case here.
i dnt knw wht the rules for pr but as a canadian citizen i went to pakistan when my daughter was 10 months old i went in nov 2010 and came bac in may 2012 they didnt ask me anything or my husband when he went for interview y i stay for tht long and stuff they jus gsve him remed and ppr

by forwarding this document to u, your representative/lawyer has authorized this ofc to return ur pasport & other documents to the adress in pakistan indicated below
i authorized the following person yo collect my pasport n other documents from the courier company

Trust me sis this wait time is all torture!!! :'( I try my best to avoid worrying too much thinking that Allah(swt) knows best and I am thankful to what I have but still I'm going under depression living a life to deal with a situation where you are not sure what will happen.. CHC makes our future!
I went to my physician today telling her how all of a sudden I start to feel weak and I fainted afew times, she gave me Anti-depressant pills which is very disappointing for me cause she knows my situation. And the sad part is I am not depressed I am sick there's a reason behind this kind of feeling but she thinks I am depressed..
Maybe you guys can use me as an example to chc lol
