then its written PHEP letter prepared and placed on file..what is PHEP ???

I think the PHEP letter is the official term for a PPR :)

Which date is this note written on? Can you see your next BFD?

then it says

REG: PLS ISSUE MED AND SEND PHEP ALONG.THANKS ...this is on 2nd aug 2011

Thats what I am thinking now too, it could be a remedical +PPR together. Are you 100% sure that the medicals are not expired? If you are then what day do you think it will expire I am just trying to calculate how many days they have after the next BFD until the meds expired..
