Yeah, he probably thought you were March 25, 2010 AOR. Its way too early to hear anything from them. Right now they are processing July/Aug 2010 AORs i.e. Re-PCC, Supp Forms and in some cases Re-Med as well.
After the file reaches Islamabad it collects dust for 8-12 months before they start processing them.
Oh wow, So how long does one wait to hear from them? Since I haven't heard anything and of course it's way too early to expect anything soon. 6th month? My PCC is Dec/Jan as what I remember. Do I send Re-PCC voluntarily after the 6th month?

I wouldn't suggest sending an updated PCC yet. Wait till they request for Re-PCC as they are going to ask you to send one anyways along with the supp forms.
If you gather more proof of recent contact i.e. Phone bills, emails, chat logs, txt msging logs, pictures(If you and your met eachother after the application was filed), air tickets, bills, receipts etc then you should send it voluntarily after 6 months of your File transfer date.
