Changing spouse to open work permit

Hello everyone,

I'm on PNP workpermit for 2 years. I applied for temporary residence permit for my wife and now she is here with me in Canada but can't work as she is on visitor permit.

Can anyone advise me please on the following:
* How to change her temporary residence permit to open work permit?
* Our permits Valid for two years but our visa stamping is only for a year... Needed a visa stamp.. How to apply this within Canada?
