Open Work Permit for spouse of provincial nominee.

I'm on PGWP; have a job in TEER Level 1. I have applied for SINP and I'm going to apply for PR under the PNP non EE category once I am nominated.

On the other hand, I'm planning to bring my spouse on open work permit.

Would the nomination certificate or the application for PR increase my spouse's work permit approval chances ?

My spouse and his family are not well off and I am not sure how to prove home ties for his temporary visa. Would my PR application eliminate this home tie factor?

I'm sure that I can compile proofs for our relationship as we were in a relationship for 8 years and got married 2 months ago.
