Change to "In process" the same time as "Medicals Request"

What does it mean if your Ecas status chenged to "In process" after being in "Received by visa office" for 8 months and you received medical + passport request on the same date of change in status?

It means backgroung check has been completed.once your medical is ok.In no time,you will get visa.
