what does in process mean?

Hi everybody,

I have a question, what does in process mean? If it means checking documentations, how come some of people have received medical request after few days after status change to in process?

I am a little bit confused.

Your help would be apprecaite it.

hey buddy, its very simple....
If your case docs. are very satisfactory to VO than they will give you med. request directly and if there is any problem like your employer is not being verified by them, then it may take a while to clear your case......

So they do not verified that before it goes to in process? So what does review complete means?
