I called today to get an update (I didn't know they put you on hold for a few min when accessing your application details)

Eligibility not started
Security not started
Criminality passed

Primary office Edmonton, secondary Nova Scotia.

He reminded me that the processing time is 20 months... at least it hasn't been sent to an inactive officer.

Edit: Which VO is Novia Scotia? Never heard that as a secondary office and Google is of now help..

thats GU but did you check the BG CHECK.? in progress or were processing?

It is still says bg is in processing. I login after week so may be i got one GU before then bg changed to progress then again the got GU thr again to precessing. But i am not sure this is the 2 or 3. I got first one GU in november after medical.

I finally was able to talk to an agent after gazillion times So, my medical is still under review and security has not started yet. Eligibility, criminality and info sharing already passed. I also received a response for my webform regarding my medical and they said they forwarded it to the office. I really hope it passed as I just found out I'm pregnant.

Secondary VO CPC Ottawa yesss ottawa which I've read from some threads is known for slow processing but still I am happy I was able to call hehe.
