My Primary VO is Edmonton and Seconday VO is Etobicoke. Agent said that everything is complete, only security is left.

How long does it take for Security? What is the purpose of a secondary VO and does it process applications swiftly?

Got a ghost update this morning though.

Any comments would be helpful. Thanks!

Saw people getting their security done in just one or two days.

Just for my estimate, do you mind sharing your AOR date? Good luck my friend

I’m not sure if it is right but I heard that many people had security not started to passed in one or two days, which makes me a bit worried

I just called again today and they said eligibility and security are in progress now so hopefully might know something in the next couple weeks or so. Primary VO is Edmonton and SVO is Sydney

Final Decision: TBD

Note: I didn't ask for the VO information.

Based on what Customer Service rep told me, it is done after your Biometrics are linked.

Tried around 8 AM EST. Entered UCI, then select 1, select 2, select 0. Few tries and it might go through. By the way, I have been trying from last 2 weeks.

Average processing time changed from 20 months to 16 months, looks like a good sign... Fingers crossed
