Full timeline (pretty unusual I believe)

AOR Nov 3rd
BIO and ADR : December 29th
Background : Completed on tracker January 30th
Eligibility started (review requiered) : May 17th
Eligibility completed and final decision : May 28th
CBSA notes received June 25th : Application approved, emailed portal myself and created a pr account myself
Got an email saying I got a new application in progress on my portal June 27th - Address and photo uploaded
ECOPR generated and downloaded : June 29th
Awaiting PR CARD

Long wait finally came to an end.
Not sure how my COPR came so fast after not even getting a portal email for 1 month.

I got both CBSA and GMCS within 30 days.

It was noted review required on May 17th.
Got passed on May 28th

After you created the PR account, did you email the Portal team about that ?

Yes. Didn't get an answer but somebody added the application to the portal account. COPR came from Montreal.

Sydney VO, Its still "BG check in progress , Eligibility not started". I'm a single applicant, hope I wont be stuck longer in eligibility as well. I had contacted MP, they gave me a brief update on status which I can see in the tracker anyway

Did you get in touch with your MP office?

Eligibility not started. I had called IRCC and the lady said they are doing BG check and eligibility together for my file. Status is same since Jan 2023, so disappointed and frustrated.

Contacted MP via email and waiting for reply.
VO office Etobicoke

Completely frustrated !!

EXACT SAME HERE, AoR Nov 28th 2022 and other dates are same.

Called IRCC and the agant told me that the VO office is Etobicoke and I'm not on enhanced SS.
They are waiting for Background verification and Eligibility is not stared yet maybe due to high volumes on that office.
They might re assign the application to other offices in the future.

Same status and vo i think most of the 28 nov applications were transferred to Etobicoke from vancouver.

No I didn't
I'm expecting to get updates around mid of July based on the date when my application was transferred to Etobicoke.
But, if my application will be transferred to another VO, I think the delay will be very long.
