Since my last post here, I got Portal 1 email today all of a sudden LOL. I already gave up, thinking they will reject me and I'll re-apply (I got the PGWP extension approved on May 19, and my old PGWP expires on June 3)

But, I sent them a web form (42-page long) to update my NOC hehe. I think that helped!

Yep, before and even after. Yesterday it was still in progress and today everything was completed in portal.

Background was completed on Jan 31.

Until yesterday, my biometrics and eligibility was still in progress. I had issues with my fingerprints 6 years ago haha (they couldn't take it as my hands were always sweaty) )

Hi All

Good news and bad news too,
Good news: Finally after reaching the local MP many times just now got the PPR email.

Bad news: The issuance date shows 12th April 2023, so technically sending them passports within 30 days timeframe is over.

Really don't know what to do, is it okay to submit passport for stamping with this older date???

Yes, on the day I got the approval email, I opened CIC portal and see a Ghost Update.

It is very frustrating now! I wish these folks really understand how these delays bring tons of detrimental impacts on an applicant's life, family, and plan.

any update? I contacted the MP but didn't get anything more useful than GCMS notes....
