I believe there are quite a lot of use in same situation.
For me, tracker shows all passed (since Feb 22nd). Caught 2 GUs on Feb 21st. But no portal mails yet.

Yes, that's what the IRCC agent told me. I was also informed that all checks are complete, only final decision is pending. And that may take a few weeks
