Not sure how long more is the wait and why there was a change in PVO.

PR Card received - Pending
VO - Calgary

Congratulations to you my friend! I have the same exact AOR and Medical however no updates since medical passed. My PVO is Ottawa, SVO Sydney.

My AOR is Nov 12 and no updates since Dec 8 - since I submitted additional family form. I can’t even access my tracker. Tried calling them twice at 8.00 am EST no success. Feeling anxious.

• Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

In my case I had the same issue. All what I did is change the place of birth to match it exactly with my passport (written in French and not English) - even though I wrote the place of birth in my application in English, apparently in the system it's in French. Try to play around that a little bit.

I heard also that people tried to register without putting any place of birth and it worked.. maybe you could try that also.

My mistake! It was a different user :/
