How and where did you call them? What number? I tried calling IRCC last week but they only repeated what is on my GCKey

Call 1-888-242-2100, don't give your UCI number(i.e. press 2), once you hear Afghanistan blah,blah,blah, press 1, 2, 0. If you are lucky, you will get transferred immediately, if not, try a couple of times You will be asked if you want an agent to call you back, they called me back after 45 min. Have you application number ready

I called them and the medical is yet to be verified. I submitted my medical result way back in 2020 during my student visa application which was a mandate or public policy last October 2022. Criminality is passed, but security is still reviewing. Eligibility hasn't started yet. The additional document is up and ready but yet to be reviewed.

Still no update. Still in review on my end. I submitted my old medical way back 2020.

When you called IRCC did they mention about your medical? I had mine on Feb 2021, and is still under review

I mentioned that it was from 2020 and they said it's fine because there is a policy released last October 2022 but they also mentioned my medical is still under review.
