Sorry I was wrong. I checked and it was only 22 haha. It wasn't much. I wrote 6 pages of words and the rest was just screenshots and documents.

I know a person who submitted a 90-page document with the help of a lawyer.

All four sections turned green (Complete) in my tracker on June 5, 2023 with a COPR number. But the status is still shown as "In Progress"

The secure account mentioned that there is a final decision on June 02, 2023. The status, however, is still in progress.

No portal email as of now.

Any idea what to expect and how long to wait?

Got the same thing with the GCKEY Final decision update ok may 28th.
copr number on tracker but eligibity was review required before

My status tracker turned all green on March 28 with COPR number generated, but no portal email till now. I called IRCC this morning and the agent said a final decision has been made but for some reason it didn't proceed further and she is notifying the processing officer to move it forward. She didnt disclose the final decision but said I should hear back within 2 weeks.

I suggest anyone waiting for portal email to call IRCC to make sure its not stuck due to inactivity. Its ridiculous why some applications are lying dormant while the later ones are processing fast.
