I am lazy to call, I do request CBSA notes every two weeks, the last notes didn't have any thing except for the security check and nothing found on Jan 31, I should receive a new note in the next few days, and see what's there in the eligibility check.

So you should get your notes on April 30, give or take since they also take 30 days... the difference is that CBSA responses to nudges (I always email asking about the status of my request once the 30-day period passes, and CBSA responses, and the notes are usually sent after 1 or 2 more days), while IRCC ignores the nudging emails. I ordered once from IRCC on Jan 24, never received anything, so I submitted a complaint to the commission of information lol...
lol good luck buddy. My IRCC note request was sent on December 20, 2022 - no response. Sent email on Feb 14, 2023 to nudge them - just ignored me. Zero response from them for this one.
CBSA notes requested on Feb 23 and have not received them after almost 2 months.

I literally just received my GCMS notes (requested on Jan 24), I actually made a complaint to the commission of information, that may be the reason...
An update on the GCMS notes, my eligibility is recommend passed overall, even though there's one foreign experience being "review required", but without that experience, my score is still higher than the cut-off, so it's "recommend passed", since Mar 21... now the waiting continues with the looming strike...
The CBSA Notes I received had nothing about my background check or security stuff, only that biometrics were completed - even though BGC and Biometrics were "Complete" in the tracker a few days before ordering them - which is why I ordered them.
Because that was after the two GCMS requests, I think those first two will be useless to me if I ever did get them. I applied for GCMS Notes again on March 22nd - but this time I received a note in the tracker saying "we sent you a message" - the only other time that showed that message was the date that correlated with my first CBSA notes. So I'm hoping that in the next week or so I get them..

I nudged IRCC at the 30/60 and 90 day mark, just forwarding my original email and continuing the same thread so they have a history of each one. They haven't responded to any haha
But you're right. CBSA will respond to their emails
