Bio and Meds are completed

Eligibility went into progress on Aug 23rd, and no updates after that.

Anyone with similar timeline here?

Medical - got passed on 15 August on GC key

Following are the updates, on calling IRCC: 6 September
In Background check- Criminality and Information sharing is completed on 6 Sept
Security has not started
Eligibility is in process

I can see Final Decision in my GC key account and today's date on it.

Does it mean a Portal email is around the corner or are there other things that needs to be processed?

This is what the "Final Decision" section says - "September 14, 2023 Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."

I do not see any updates in tracker yet though.

All complete on tracker +COPR number Sept 13th 9AM
Portal 1 Email; sept 13th 11AM - replied same day. (came from Montreal)
Now waiting on P2 and Card

Finally got a portal email today!
My aor was 29th of may.
The eligibility was marked as completed on September 12h.

Can you share your timeline? When was your UCI linked

Yah!
medicals passed on August 15th and then a day later got my uci and tracked linked.
Eligibility was never started in the tracker until it was suddenly completed on September 12th and then background was in progress the same day as I got the portal email. It was all sorts of weird.

if I recall correctly, I think it was either same day as medicals or a day later!
I was getting a bit paranoid with my application as I unfortunately had to do my own employment reference letter as my previous employee never got back to me so I was monitoring my tracker and watching out for ghost updates.
The ghost updates were the most relevant to me, it was about the beginning of this week I started noticing ghost updates and then a few days later my eligibility got completed!
the tracker stated background was in progress since end of August but on their website it was never started.
