All,
Starting this thread for anyone who have submitted or going to submit their application in July. Please share your timeline and if you have any questions, please ask.
I have a question and I hope someone can help me with this situation. I just got my ITA under CEC couple days ago but I noticed that I was asked to provide offer letter, employment letter and employment records.
Upon further research I found out that it was because I answered Yes to the "do you have a valid offer" question.
Can I still change it to no when I update the profile or would it be misrepresentation?

purvesh007 and Soj917, "Offer of Employment" is not the letter you got from your employer on joining. Ifyou answered yes to the question do you have a valid job offer, then this offer letter should be a new offer of employment stating you will be employed for at least 1 yr or more on obtaining permanent residency in Canada. If this is not what you uploaded, then my understanding is that you will not get the 50 points you claimed. This is totally my understanding; please do research further.

I already submitted the application. I just need to wait from the officer if what you said is true. I have 499 points, so evene if they remove 50 points I would be in cut off as the cut off was 442
I am CEC applicant, on a WP(LMIA exempted on a Intra Company Transfer). I have claimed points for CEC, 1 yr and valid job offer.
My job offer was issued originally in Aug 2016 and upon my WP/TRV finalization, I moved to Canada in Feb 2017. My WP is valid until Sep 2019
This job offer mentioned full time and other description, but it did not have any end date associated with my role. It did not mention on the letter that job is will be available after 1 year of receiving PR.
Since I was in a LMIA exempt role, I was told(through the company's HR and their immigration lawyer), that I can claim points for the job offer only after 1year of working in Canada.
Flash forward Feb 2018, I decided to pursue the PR and got a EVL(employee verification letter) from the organization which provided my job description/duties, designation, salary, # of hours worked/week and benefits. I would term this a Letter of Reference. Now this document again did not mention that job is will be available after 1 year of receiving PR.
