@Suchit2368
They haven't asked me to submit anything yet. Currently, my background check is still being processed like many others who applied during that time. My AOR is April, 14, 2020. So at this point, I'm fairly certain they won't ask me for any job offer letter/LMIA. My eligibility and medical have passed. Only background check is pending.

Ok, that sounds good. One more thing I want to discuss with you is that, Did you just only mentioned in the LOE about this mistake or you submit any other document to justify it. Hope you will get your COPR very soon.
I didn’t submit a LOE. I just submitted the documents they requested. As for the Job Offer letter, i provided the job offer letter from my current job.
I’m in a big confusion. I got an ITA under the cec but while I created my profile mistakenly I put yes to job offer. But after I got ita I checked that I don’t get any single points for that. If I put lmia with job offer then I,ll get points up to 50. In that case I have question in my mind before submitting my application to ircc, that do I need to include the job offer letter or I can file without it as I don’t claim any points for that.. plss help me as soon as possible.
If anyone in the forum could help me pls reply to me.
Awaiting your early response.

Hi Suchit! I'm currently in the same situation as you were 2 years ago: I have an open work permit, have been at my current job for over a year and no LMIA. I put "YES" in the job offer question, and it's now asking me to upload it. Since I have no LMIA, I did not claim any points for that.
What did you end up doing? Should I change my answer to "NO" so I don't have to upload anything?
Answers greatly appreciated!

Hey, thanks! Yeah sounded like the obvious solution, just want to make sure changing my previous answers would not affect my application since I already have an ITA.

Hi, did you get your PR? I am facing the same issue. Received ITA but realised the job offer question should be marked NO but no change in score even if I change it to NO

If by answering No your score doesn’t changes, you can proceed with PR application and while filling application now change your answer to No and submit application. There won’t be any impact.
