No ghost update till today. Didn’t get through to IRCC to get to know the VOs.

I have completed medical. My spouse bio completed mine shows in progress

Similar to ours. PA's Medical shows "In Progress" whereas dependent spouse's medical shows "Completed" on tracker.

Finally was able to catch hold of an IRCC Agent Below is the infor:
ITA: 23rd Nov (CEC applicant with wife and Child)
AOR : Dec 12th
Criminality : Passed
Info Sharing: Passed
BG Check: Half passed and still something pending
Eligiblity & Security: Not Started
Primary VO: Vancouver
Secondary VO : CIO (don't know what is that)

Tracker Shows Background and Eligibility Not started.

Personal Tip: Start calling the hotline on at least 30 sec before 8 AM and then press 2 1 2 0 with 3 sec gap between every number u should get through by 8 AM mostly. I had a wait time of 24 min and requested a call back which is easier option than waiting. Good Luck

Don't worry . Yes its random.
But, Its good that at least your file is in process and review. You will get through it and Portal.

If you are CEC inland, Do you think that during you study permit or TRV the family details were totally different mabe a Typo probably?
