Finally was able to catch hold of an IRCC Agent Below is the infor:
ITA: 23rd Nov (CEC applicant with wife and Child)
AOR : Dec 12th
Criminality : Passed
Info Sharing: Passed
BG Check: Half passed and still something pending
Eligiblity & Security: Not Started
Primary VO: Vancouver
Secondary VO : CIO (don't know what is that)

Tracker Shows Background and Eligibility Not started.

Personal Tip: Start calling the hotline on at least 30 sec before 8 AM and then press 2 1 2 0 with 3 sec gap between every number u should get through by 8 AM mostly. I had a wait time of 24 min and requested a call back which is easier option than waiting. Good Luck

That is Sydney, Nova Scotia! Every immigration application first goes to CIO in Sydney, and then gets assigned to CPC or Case Processing Center. Just to add Sydney is also a CPC. So they themselves can also process it rather than sending it to other CPCs.

Got the GU like minutes ago. It was not there earlier.

Tracker BG Not Strated. I assume this gets updated everyday and not realtime. So probably tomorrow

For me BG is showing as We are Processing as well. What does that mean?
