No I don’t know much about the VO. My AOR is July 16. Got an ADR on 09/27 that’s the last I heard from them

I read that they transfer you to Winnipeg if you had any application refusals before. However, I didn't get any refusal before. But I have a dependent who got a vistor visa refusal.
